Celotex PIR thermal laminated insulation board
The Celotex PIR insulation has been specially designed to solve thermal bridging issues and reduce concentrated heat loss and is made from high performance, rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR). We use this insulation option for an array of floor, wall, and roof applications and throughout a building project to help maintain continuity of the insulation envelope.

C24 structural timber
C24 Timber Joists are kiln-dried to reduce moisture and is highly regarded for their durability and strength.
Our Floor and Roof beams are made from C24 timber. It can withstand the most demanding requirements and outperforms C14, C16 which are more common in the UK and among our competitors.

Hardie VL Plank weatherboard — our contemporary facade solution.
Hardie® VL Plank boards are 3600 x 214 mm in length and are 11 mm thick. Interlock exterior cladding is made using advanced fibred cement technology to withstand even the hardest of climatic conditions and is weather, fade and rot-resistant.
James Hardie fibre cement cladding, such as HardiePlank® weatherboard, have a life expectancy of 60 years and is climate engineered to be water-resistant, pest resistant and able to withstand all weather, including high wind loads.
